LHU GOLD provides easy to use tools to help athletes become the best they can be in and beyond their sport, all without increasing the workload for club directors, AD’s or their coaches.

LHU GOLD was developed with the guidance of the Live Heads Up Advisory Board which consists of professional & collegiate athletes, physicians, trainers, coaches, business advisors, mental health & wellness advisors, and educators.
